The KoF is the weakest "army" in the game and characters like Diluc and Albedo are fodder to people from other nations. Liyue's army fights gods and other monsters. Mondstadt fights hillichurls and other fodder. Osial would have wiped out Mondstadt and no one there could have done anything.
Mondstadt's "power" comes from power wanking and fanfic. Clorinde can speedblitz every Mond character and execute them before they can even react. Hell, she can clear out Mond herself in like 5 min.
