install this program for training

important go to the lora tab not the dreambooth tab

choose preset below set batch size to 4 if you have the vram for it but not higher. train your lora and check it by using it in a generation. don't use the sampling in the training program its not worth it and takes forever.

make sure network dimension is 32 and network alpha at 16.


u can find guides on how to caption for character loras pretty easy or ask chatgpt that works well too. then just train for a bit and use your lora with sdxl and check the quality.
