Look I hate chinks like the next guy, but one of the reasons you never see chinks helping people in need is their law: If you save someone from drowning, or from being run over, you are responsible for them financially. YOu must take them to the hospital and pay their medical bills, and scams are a very common problem. Not excusing their behavior, just explaining that their genetic cruelty is only part of the issue
