Koleda practically lives on a construction site. That kid's going to be operating a crane before the age of 10 and I'd consider that a form of spoiling a kid even if it's not purely monetarily. Piper I figured would just take a kid around in the back of the cab steeltusk so they're always around.

And while I don't think Pulchra would intentionally put one of her own kids into any sort of danger, I don't feel like she'd change her lifestyle much to accommodate for their presence in favor of leaving them with Caesar or something.
