Israel also bombed Syrian tanks last night, and probably will again tonight.
Part of the Israel-Syria deal was/is for Syria to invade Lebanon and fight Hezbollah, using those Syrian tanks.

So when Israel bombs Syria's ISIS tanks, that's a good thing. Israel uses up their missiles and Syria loses tanks that can't be easily replaced by anybody.
Plus it increases anger at Israel in the Syrian public/government.

And these druze fighting Syria, a lot of them are IDF soldiers, getting slaughtered and taken out of Israel's army.
