Yeah, the rotting and sour smell is the constant painful vomiting that the old person had to endure from the family members or hospital nurses trying to get them to eat some food, but their bodies can no longer digest it. They are decaying and returning their composition to nature, like the process of composting. It smells terrible in the beginning before it has a nice dark and rich earthy smell. The soapy part is the compositions evaporating as they decay. Smells weird for humans, but delicious for satan.
