>open cmd or powershell
>ensure you have node.js installed by doing node -v
>cd to an empty folder; winget install -e --id Git.Git
>cd to your sillytavern folder; git clone https://github.com/SillyTavern/SillyTavern -b staging
>npm install
Then you can run start.bat. SillyTavern is pretty intuitive, you'll have no issues navigating it
