They changed quite a bit of the confrontation which kinda makes the thing a little less impactful. In the manga the whole point between the bands is how the girls are all from affluent families but play rock music to free themselves from their constrained lives while Bacchus are also a bunch of rich guys but abuse their status to get attention and we see this with how the vocalist always got what he wanted and the guitarist trying to use his lawyer dad to sue the girls for "assault" so this ended up looking like the faggots were just bullied for being a shitty narcissistic band which ultimately doesn't really matter because still they deserved the humiliation and made our resident schizo even more nuclear which is always fun. Tho it still sucks that they cut Tamaki and Tina beating their asses.
