The only supplements worth taking are
>Vit D+K 2000-5000 IU
>Magnesium 200-400mg (Specifically in Glycinate form, best absorption and least side effects)
>Fish Oil EPA&DHA (Liquid form, Nordic Naturals has good quality control dont cheap out on this)
>Optionally multi-vitamin if you know you dont have a very diverse diet, to cover your bases
Almost everything else that doesn't cross into steroids/peptide territory is snake oil or has side effects that make it not worth desu.
