Not really, remember that Yhwach drained Ichigo's Quincy/Hollow powers, Tsukishima restored his blade but not his Reiryoku, he had a pitiful amount of Quincy/Hollow energy inside him, which is why Tensa Zangetsu's white shell was broken easily by a nerfed, almightyless Yhwach.
The True Tensa Zangetsu without the White Shell given by his Hollow/Quincy powers is just his Old Shikai in Bankai form.
