I think that cashless is a matter of time. Allows for more efficient collection of taxes. The abolishing of peer to peer transactions allows for more control and forms a better funnle for taxes to the central baning system. Im sure that the 3% card use charge will remain and will be paid buy consumers on each and every transaction. Ill see cashless in my life time ill try my best to operate in barter when money becomes no object
