sorry but I am a writer and I have basically nothing but an outline. the problem with mahou shoujo as a genre is that I think the untapped potential it has is severely limited by cash flow. Magical girls want to be magical GIRLS. the design is basically a lot of fluff around a xcom like combat design. It cant really be done without money. My current plan is basically, use the engine plugins and experience I have combined with a few successes to make it. Unless people are willing to fund it upfront it would be financial suicide because it's basically a triple A kind of mahou shoujo.
