Most video games flat-out don't depict things that anyone would want to deal with IRL.
Even the more mundane management sims are really just depicting an ordinary job that people only do to pay the bills. Actual jobs in management aren't games, they're a 50/50 split between boring paperwork and frustrating office politics bullshit.
