They're just trying to hold off, it's like a game with your cooldowns you're just running away and watching your cooldown tick down just waiting to turn back around. Once they get nukes they either go full islamic zealot and nuke Israel and get nuked back or they let them know "hey fuck off we got nukes now" and Israel backs off. Time will tell.

I know and they had a few newer tanks (very few) they kept as show pieces of had on the backest of back lines but they still got btfo by uk/us anti tank weaponry.
