I think they were the same model at one point, they just added that sort of scale texture for Alisaie's with the update. But I'm not sure so don't sue me if untrue.
I don't know if the Y'shtola ones got updated. I know her HW outfit got an update, but it might have ignored the pants since she wears a robe anyway.
