Rosaviatsiya is not considering compensation for airlines' losses caused by delays and flight cancellations, the head of the agency, Dmitry Yadrov, said.

According to data from the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, since the beginning of May, flight cancellations have affected at least 200,000 passengers - that is, one in every ten people who traveled by air. The number keeps growing.
