Would be a fun idea for a collab. HSR just added the Grail to Penacony's lore, so maybe 2-3 GG characters are an up-and-coming strong Hollow Raider faction. But it kinda makes them feel more like permanent individuals that exist somewhere in the world rather than something like the servants.
