Annoying, but somehow less annoying than the normal version. At least the fearless Tulpa stays in one place rather than teleporting to the other side of the arena all the fucking time. Also, it always shield up around 1m mark, so you can prepare accordingly.
Also the counter to it is Mavuika, which is a character you should roll for anyway.
