>I was just trying to make sure you don't get a heart attack faster than it's already coming.
Doesn't take much to break that fake positivity. Personally, do

I don't like fake positive people. Period. They're the type of people who think life must be rainbow and sunshine 100% of the time.

Yeah... not people who:
>Use AutoDuty and bot their tomestones with Trusts.
>Refuse to hit their buttons / Throws ego tantrums in Duty Finder.
>Report you if you point out their shitty behavior.

>How easy is it to find these places
It's hard. You have to go through many statics and do a quality test on them.
I've left statics (and even caused disbands) because people refused to discuss the actual problems, but sat there and whine day in and out about their rotations. Yet, the actual problem was mitigation and people getting 1-shot on raidwides. Don't feel bad about leaving these statics, because they're going to waste your time than actually work as a team.
Another aspect is finding people you synergize well with. You have a great co-healer that you work well with, but the rest of the team are sourpusses? There might be some ground to compromise there, but again--that's a decision up to you. I joined a static earlier this expansion where we ended up doing a mutiny on the static leader and ejecting him from the static, because he wanted to play with his other static more and fucked our raiding schedule over. We cleared Week 2, despite how much the first raid leader threw a monkey wrench in our plans.
Another key aspect is communication. If your team cannot receive and take criticism, then that's a big red flag. If they're also sourpusses that are sensitive to every little thing, then that's another big flag. I've gotten in trouble for my attitude in numerous statics because I've came across "too negative." At least the reasonable ones have told me to work on it.
