There are ways to handle the flyer meta without removing gameplay options. The game just needs more anti-flyer grounded characters. If we had literally one character who is geared towards punishing flyers (yank them out of the sky, stun them, generous hit box attacks that can only be aimed up, hail storm attacks that don't hit the ground but are wide spread above ground level, etc.) you could easily improve this
