They're the antithesis of the anarchy sisters; more disciplined, a more functioning and loving sibling relationship (incest aside), a better moral compass despite being demons and a bit more prude. Scanty and Kneesocks control freaks but they're also unironically better and much more competent people than Panty and Stocking, the only reasons why they keep losing to them is because of MC plot armor and because Cartoon Logic is on the angels side.
