Locals report that Internet has been down since last night in St Petersburg.

Plane pilots complained that due to GPS jamming, they have been receiving false alerts about possible aircraft collisions. They say that when the alerts go off, the pilot must descend or ascend sharply, but often there are actually no other planes nearby. Some pilots started ignoring the alert system now which can lead to accidents later on.
