If a criminal shows up to your home shoots your son, rapes your wife, and takes your daughter hostage, then runs to hide behind their family, if the cops show up to put a stop to them and their family or hostage gets hurt, the cops don't get charged with their death, the hostage taker does. It is not a warcrime to kill civilians during a military strike. It is a warcrime to not protect your civilians by evacuating them or putting your military operations a distance from said civilians. Hamas uses civilian infrastructure such as hospitals and doesn't wear uniforms to blend in with the civilian population, deliberately putting civilians at risk in order to hide their military assets and operations. Every single Palestinian death is their responsibility for starting this war and refusing to abide my the LOAC. If the Palestinians laid down their weapons there would be no more violence. If Israel did, there would be no Israel.

Israel only attacks others in defense and their genocide has caused there to be 600,000 more Palestines in the last 5 years a growth of over 15%. Honestly with numbers like that every western nation would want Israel to attack them and get their birth rates back up.
