It's hard to gauge OSRS. As we speak, i'm playing F2P (fishing on world 301). What enticed me to come back was when the kinda rolled back their pride event. Gave me a little hope, so I decided to hop back in for a try.

Gameplay is okay, like you said, good to play while watching something. If they stick with their good decision, and I spend more than a week or so on the game, i might consider a monthly sub.
