Are Takatera and Utsunomiya really hated here? I hadn't noticed, if anything I'd say people complain about Shirakura far more than those two.
I want to say the worst one is Mochizuki because he has only made 2 shows yet both caused him to get demoted, making him the only producer to get demoted twice and very clear that he didn't learn from his mistakes after his first demotion.
But at the same time Mochizuki's ideas, casting and schedule management are top notch, the problem is his terrible writer picks and his unwillingness to properly serve as an editor.
