>Democrats are suddenly backtracking.
No they're not. Unlike Trump and his goons who have been flip flopping back and forth and at one point claimed there were no Epstein files or co-conspirators Democrats have been very consistent: all of the evidence on Epstein should be released and anyone involved in crimes should be punished even if they are a current or former president.

Trump's desperate ploy to bribe Maxwell to get him out of this mess will only fool idiots. Anyone paying attention sees right through it.

Because there's nothing to talk about. It's a hilariously inept attempt at distraction. Tulsi is claiming that because initial intelligence said Russia couldn't and didn't directly hack voter machines that means Obama had no legitimate reason to order investigations into other kinds of interference.

It's a stupid bait and switch game that might work on Trumps dumbass followers but will fall apart instantly in court. Obamas team will whip out all the weird and shady shit Manafort, Carter Page, Papadopolis, Flynn were up to in regards to the Russians and all the intelligence suggesting they conducted operations in regards to the election, then they'll whip out the multiple criminal cases that were filed for Russian operations - and nobody will be able to reasonable claim Obama was wrong to investigate it.

That's if it ever even comes close to trial, it would likely get thrown out due to Presidential immunity. I know copium addicts will sperg out about how "treason isn't an official act" but if you look at the past rulings of the current Supreme Court they are extremely skeptical of allowing outsiders to question an officials intent.

>In December 2022, Trump sued the Pulitzer Prize board for defamation. In February 2025, the Florida Court of Appeals denied the board's motion to dismiss Trump's lawsuit
>In October 2023, Trump filed a lawsuit in London against Orbis Business Intelligence and Christopher Steele (who was later removed from the suit) alleging that Orbis violated British data protection laws. On February 1, 2024, the High Court sided with Orbis and dismissed Trump's claim
>In 2011, an appellate court upheld a New Jersey Superior Court judge's decision dismissing Trump's $5 billion defamation lawsuit against author Timothy L. O'Brien, who had reported in his book, TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald
>On July 28, 2023, a federal district court judge dismissed an October 2022 Trump lawsuit against CNN, stating that CNN's multiple uses of the term "big lie" about Trump's claims of election fraud did not constitute actionable defamation.
I'm pretty sure they know exactly who they are fucking with. The only reason he won a consolation prize from his CBS lawsuit was their parent company needed his approval for a merger.

This is such a gay ass bait and switch.

The intelligence community found that Russia did not HACK VOTING MACHINES.

They DID FIND that Russia hacked other things, like the DNC emails.

They also found that Russia conducted operations to help sway the election in favor of Trump.

Question Trumptards can't answer: why was Trumps campaign handing over US voter information to Russia? What possible innocent explanation is there for that?

>all pertinent grand jury testimony
So in other words, he's releasing piece of a part of the files. Probably one of the least interesting parts as well, the grand jury testimony will mostly be from a couple specific victims that he was prosecuted for and his employees saying "yes I saw X victim at his house"

The real juicy stuff is going to be in his personal files and recordings that were seized, though of course we're never gonna see that.
