It could be that their skills would work better in other forms of creation. However, if they still want to stream there is also the point that they could learn ways to adapt their skills to suit a streaming environment better. Just a matter of creativity and trying your best.

Even (You) have potential. The biggest opponent to potential is the idea of instant success. A lot of big names in content creation didn’t start out where they are currently. Most if not all of them had to slowly work at their craft to bit by bit get more viewers that were interested in their content. Then this flourished into a community which lead to even more growth and eyes on them. Don’t expect to go from 0 to 20 views in just a month. Sometimes it takes months or even years to really build a community. Don’t only just look at the numbers. Look instead if you’re having fun with what you’re doing. If it’s not fun for you then it won’t be fun for viewers (usually). So long as you’re having fun and keep up the streams then you at least have a chance at growth. Keep trying your best anon!
