I've got about $750k worth of BTC at moment, hoping to cash out $150k a coin, double the stack, exit $300k after next cycle for NW of close to $5 mil. If it doesn't reach this number I think I'll be lucky to exit at $1.5 mil.

I've moved to a 0% tax haven. The last 10 years all come down to these next 6 months. It's late here, let me wake up to a new ATH. Godsneed.

Why do people act like life isn't even easier now?

Like you could literally just buy bitcoin and be a millionaire by 25-30 with ease. Or use the internet to easily research how to get into top colleges, law school, med school etc and how to get the best jobs when historically it was much harder for people from average/shit backgrounds. Or if you're a woman/minority/trans etc you'll get treated much better nowadays.

Like you realise in 20-30 years we'll hear the exact same thing about boomers had it easy cause of bitcoin or whatever other opprtunities there are while ignoring that it was only the smartest ones who made the most of it?

This movie honestly hits home. I'm a millionaire in a country where it's insanely rare in your mid twenties, a doctor, tall and fit and I can't break from the idea that I should be dating an equal and there are barely any about.

If someone isn't a millionaire and there isn't something else exceptional about them e.g. doing a PhD in theoretical physics at Cambridge or they're a renowned pro bono lawyer then the date is done, immediately, regardless of how kind or loving they are.

I remember in secondary school where the concept of social status wasn't even a thing and you just dated anyone if they were nice, kind and cute. It was so much more innocent and heckin wholesome than the nightmare which is dating as an adult.

Anyone else know this feel?

This is my post

I know I'm not in the same league as Sunak and co. I also know I'm doing far better than the overwhelming majority of people the same age.

It's rare enough that you're doing better than well over 99.9%+ of people who are a similar age. Obviously there are lots of boomers who are 30 years older than me with a similar amount but when I'm the boomers age I'll be 15-20x more than I am now even if I just stuck it in index funds.

I think it is that hard if you are genuinely intelligent and driven it's not hard to save that much. I was saving about £5k a year from 13-18 from selling multipack sweets and school, paper round, Sainsbury's etc and then about £10k a year from 18-23 from max student loan and a bit of work. Obviously when you're at home expenses are near 0 and once I left home I could easily live on £6k a year.

26 is completely normal age to be a doctor in UK. Most people graduate before then. Saving £75k by 23 is honestly trivial if you are high IQ, driven, ambitious etc.

£40k for F1 is def at the lower and nowadays, F1 no banding is £37k ffs.

Not trying to be horrible but if you're presumably 28 or 29 and don't have £75k saved that is 100% on you.
