Yep, they fixed the issues and put it back on the eShop. It runs great, the difference in load times is really noticeable. Doesn't look too different when you're actually playing though, aside from not stuttering anymore. Will need to keep an eye out for that lag issue during Turf this weekend since the connections definitely felt laggier when I was playing Man-to-Man Brawl yesterday; but again, that could have been due to a variety of other things.
