>The 53-year-old was sentenced to 8 months in prison for attempted domestic assault, suspended for three years with restrictive conditions. Specifically, the court ordered him not to enter the home where the victim resides and not to approach her within 20 meters.

>According to the indictment, everything happened last Tuesday, inside the apartment where the man lives with his daughter. As the 21-year-old reported, an intense verbal argument broke out, which culminated when her father threw a slipper with the intention of hitting her and immediately raised his hand threateningly. In addition, he spat at her three times and spoke to her with derogatory expressions.
