If you're really insistent on getting that comm done by him, I would suggest doing your research on past comms he's done to see how accurate he is with fulfilling requests. Look at the comms done on his page and see how well he follows the clients' instructions. If he follows them perfectly and the drawings look good there may be nothing to worry about.
