the shitalian saga continues! after filling a complaint about the vanishing ticket purchased via app, they sent me the ticket in pdf form at 22:30, 9 hours after the supposed departure hour on the ticket after purchasing another.... and after my mild complaint and bewilderment had been met firstly with irony by the zoomie zoomer ticket inspector who thought i was lying, then derision for using the app which is known to steal money, and thirdly with hostility, he literally threatened that he would show me(i.e beat me up) if the situation was different.

how would you handle this situation in your country? go all in against the mafiosi or passive resistance i.e not ever paying for a ticket ever again stealing stuff and mild sabotages like breaking stuff on board causing havoc against every low tier employee i could easily take them on especially since 70% of ticket inspectors are women?
