>Not surprising given your starting point and also that you likely don't know what you're doing. You need to also get your diet and cardio straightened out and lift with proper intensity to beat skinnyfat.
But I thought
>programming as a beginner is piss easy, everything works
>diet is just as easy, just eat some protein and avoid fast food, candy and soda
Did the op lie?
>You need to learn to adjust your expectations
Yeah that's exactly what I'm getting at in my earlier post. There's a chance that what op said won't apply to you, so you may need to adjust your expectations. For most anons it holds, but not everyone. I have adjusted my expectations. I expect that I cannot get any stronger than, say, 40% stronger than my untrained self, by which I mean if I can bench press 95 pounds for some reps without ever going to the gym then I will never be able to bench press more than 135 lbs for those same amount of reps. Retarded calculation, but you get the idea.

>you must be doing something retarded, you can review your plan and find your weak spots
But I thought

>claiming you must be a statistical anomaly because you're oh so very special
Lol it's not a statistical anomaly. I don't have any studies to refer to, but what's a more reasonable take: 1) everyone responds to weight training (including an abundance of protein and calories) in the same way or 2) most people respond to weight training (including an abundance of protein and calories) in the same way. I mean, look, check it out:

>lift weights

Tee hee. 2 to 4 times a week, only a few weeks off for traveling. Are you that guy who thinks skinnyfats can't do a single pushup?
