I get what you're saying but Denuvo™ is more of a "did you buy it" check. Otherwise it's completely out of the way and you can do whatever you want with the game. This seems to be the only restriction which is practically meaningless. Old malware DRM like SecuROM would have a TOTAL activation limit, forever.
