From what I understand, there is a complicated (but doable) way to mask specific parts of an image and have the model redo that specific part of the image without changing any of the surrounding details, but personally I think it isn't all that worth it for personal cooming, if that's your intention. Just have it regenerate the image, or you can use img2img by using the "load image" node instead of starting with a blank one.
