You don't seem to understand the difference between ethics and morals. Quick philosophy lesson.

Morally, I don't care what you believe in unless it effects what's ethical. 'I think it's moral we eat babies' he says. Another man says 'I think it's moral to pray to god.' Morals are what are good and bad for the individuals. Ethics are what's good for multiple people.

Ethics requires the morals of those people to have the same goal, so that progress towards that goal can be measured without contradictions. That is also why things like math, money, laws, etc. work, there are agreed upon values to measure what is best for any individual participating in a system.

So when you say you want XYZ for anons, that's cool and all, but it's irrelevant to 'improving the overall quality of the board' and what anons want, which is to avoid feeling bad because of ghosters. You will lower the quality of the board, more people will get hurt than not here listening to you. How can you possibly disagree with that.
