The one on the left has the line going all the way to her armpit. Which isn't correct. The one on the right draws the line further down. Which is not only more atomically accurate, but marks where the width of the breast is. Basically, it makes it bigger/wider. The wider the breasts are, the farther down the fold between the bottom of the breast and the torso will be. Because the more the sides of the breasts overlap and stick out.
The image on the left is basically a girl with tiny breasts that have been blown up like a balloon. The one on the right is natural huge breasts resting on the rib cage.
