I don't usually like collab events, but it's surprisingly pretty good. It's oddly not really that focused on Stellar Blade tho, so if you're not into Nikke it might not be that interesting. It's basically just a good Nikke story event, about the factions, locations and conflicts in the Nikke world, that just happens to involve the Stellar Blade characters.
