Running in the rings of Saturn is only imposible in the sense that you can't get someone there with our current level of technology. There is no reason one wouldn't be theoretically capable of traveling the rings by foot. Most of the ice is decently sized and packed relatively close together, it may be necessary to do some long jumps to clear some distances but that shouldn't be an issue in low gravity.
