Seems like it. We can make an educated guess though. Given that Haru wanted to become a mangaka since the first year of high school and given how lazy she is, she probably didn't go to university. Her current manga seems to be her first breakthrough though she has drawn a few mangas before, so probably early to mid-twenties? Kako's around the same age too since they were classmates.
