He’s a horrible little cunt, so that speech is fitting. I do like thought that he was constantly telling Darrow not to trust him in a wink wink way but was openly being a duplicitous troll. He’s well written and not even the best villain in the series.

Darrow made mistakes and you can read on and see whether you think Roque was one of them. People are divided on him.
