I've actually started feeling like braid filly doesn't really feel like filly if the rest of her hair is neat and/or she isn't angry or annoyed at being braided. Just a super well brushed braidfilly without context almost feels like a different OC.
I love this one for example >>42387750 because the front of the mane is still messy enough for my brain to recognise her as anonfilly but plus she has braids. Or pic related, because she's clearly being forced into it.
But this >>42387684 just looks like a normal mare or filly that just happens to have ? as a cutie mark. So it doesn't really have the same tomboy taming (or perhaps "shitposter taming") vibe.
