They baited the last fully equipped elite NATO trained and supplied brigades into Kursk oblast and wiped them out, literally exterminated them. The mobile reserve is extinct. The US is clearly not happy with that entire fiasco and its consequences are still being felt.
It's really showing now.
The seeds were sown in 2023 and they never recovered from the Artemovsk-Soledar loss and then literally two weeks later, they began the much hyped catastrophic Zaporozhye grand offensive(200k casualties, 3000 vehicle losses, 6/190km taken, all objectives and phase lines failed). That was their modern Kursk moment and all because they utterly underestimated the Russian will to fight and defend. Their last true major offensive against the Russians, just like Germany in 1943. Coincidentally it was still raging on the 80th anniversary of that pivotal battle that changed world history and guaranteed the European axis defeat.
The catastrophic Kursk invasion was their modern Ardennes offensive(Battle of the Bulge) moment. A desperate and utterly foolish action that was all for nothing and ultimately shortens the war by permanently weakening your defence forces elsewhere.

>$350bn+ in military, real time intelligence and financial aid to keep the government functioning.
>"NOT AN ALLY!!!! REEEEEEE"
Maybe the US is sick and tired of the grifting useless cunts? They haven't won a single victory for almost 3 years now.
Back in 2020 during Trumps decision to send Javelin launchers with missiles to Ukraine, Putin actually warned Trump not to aid the Ukrainians because they are an ungrateful people who will never be satisifed with what you give them. First you give them Javelins then they will ask for money, tanks, helicopters, planes, missiles, ships, artillery and it won't stop. He was 100% correct.
