Which sucks for the states and counties that actually voted for getting the brown out.

More needs to be done to make their life harder to live so theyre forced to return to their shitholes, simply paying them is not a suitable solution and putting the lions share of the enforcement on agents isn't going to get much of anything notable accomplished.
