Not OP, but I recognize the artist, I think they draw a lot of OC stuff but I might be wrong.

I am also an enjoyer of blonde shotas, I made this reference chart to catalog all of the cute ones that I know of. I know I'm missing a few good ones. I thought about including Tails, but I don't think he's distinguishly blonde enough, more of a character with yellow fur.
