Yes it is. Don't get yourself killed or arrested being a lone wolf. It's more complicated dealing with a group, but you need help if you're going to make a bigger difference. Otherwise if you go it alone, the best you can manage is to be a lone murderer that kills subhumans until you get caught or killed in-turn (and if you go the route of harrasing these niggers alone you may end up dead for your troubles, subhumans routinely run in packs). With a group you can get up to more harrassment then having to resort to overt violence, shitskins would be afraid of white gangs compared to rumors of a killer or nuisance on the loose.
