LiveAHero like Housamo has a spark and it's 200 Summons. Actually LiveAHero has had it's spark since February 2022. Of course starting out you will have access to a fair amount of Ether Stones to help you save up a bit faster than most. But on average it will take about 7 months to save for a spark. But Anniversary is around the corner in late September and they handed out 250 Ether Stones last year.

I'm assuming you mean Giansar. He has two playable versions which are both limited. His 1st one was apart of the 3rd Anniversary/2nd Summer event in 2023 which already had it's rerun so I don't know when that version of him will be back. But they have had him in like 6 banners after his initial release. And last Christmas he got an alt and that banner should be rerunning in December or early January.

As for Tsuneaki his permanent version is a 4star and during Anniversary like Housamo there will be tickets that can be used for characters and items so you can easily get him soon without summoning. Then he has his Summer Alt from last year it's 5star and the event should be rerunning in a few months. And that Banner will be good to summon on because it will have Sterio as a rate up Hero and is basically the best support Hero in the game. But you should be able to get him with the Anniversary tickets this year.
