Why do Serbs call Croats Ustashas when they are Chetniks themselves?
Shouldn't they clean their own country first before lecturing others?

Chetniks and Ustashas are the same. Both collaborated with Germans to kill other types of ethnic Slavs simply because of a different religion (Catholicism vs Orthodoxy), which must be the dumbest reason why Slavs fought each other ever.
