Probably not, but in the anime they already showed that Frieren isn't immune to stuff like curses and that mages can have specific weaknesses no matter how strong they are. Although, it wouldn't surprise me if they mention that at some point in the past Frieren was a slave for ten years, but she doesn't see it as a big deal.
