Reminder that Asgore according to lore as directly stated in game murdered the desire to try again out of the past 6 humans AND is only able to be taken down by Frisk because he's sandbagging because he feels so horrible about what he's going to do and HAS DONE he just allows himself to be stabbed to death with an old rusty knife.
It's also entirely possible that Undyne trying as hard as she possibly could only barely land a hit on him.
Sans is, pretty hilariously, a 1 HP teapot that realizes that at least according to the rules of the game you're only allowed to attack at a very specific position in extremely predictable intervals.
